This brand was born from real life — anxiety, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and the understanding that sometimes laughter is the easiest way to get through the day. Mental Mentality turns those feelings into something tangible: mugs that say what we’re all thinking, but don’t always say out loud.
We believe mental health conversations don’t always have to be heavy. They can be honest, relatable, and even funny. Especially funny.
Every design is intentional — simple, bold, and real — because your feelings don’t need to be complicated to be valid.
Whether you’re having a good day, a bad day, or a “just get through it” kind of day, Mental Mentality is here to remind you that you’re not alone — and that caffeine helps.
FOUNDER’S NOTE
Hi, I’m Valencia — the creator behind Mental Mentality.
I started this brand as a way to turn my own experiences into something that could help others feel seen. Mental health is personal, messy, and different for everyone, but humor has always been my way of coping and connecting.
Mental Mentality is more than mugs. It’s a reminder that it’s okay to have feelings, it’s okay to laugh about them, and it’s okay to take things one sip at a time.
