Not everything deserves your energy.

Read that again.
Not every argument. Not every opinion. Not every situation.
Protecting your peace means learning what deserves your attention—and what doesn't.
Sometimes protecting your peace means:
Turning off notifications
Limiting time with negative people
Saying no without guilt
Choosing not to engage in unnecessary conflict
Peace isn't something you find.
It's something you create.
And creating it often requires intentional choices.
You don't have to attend every argument you're invited to.
You don't have to carry every burden.
You don't have to prove yourself to everyone.
Protecting your peace isn't avoiding life.
It's choosing where your energy goes.
☕ Mental Mentality™ Moment
