You’re Allowed to Not Have It All Together
There’s a quiet pressure to have everything figured out.
To be healing. Growing. Productive. Emotionally stable.
All at the same time.
But the truth is—you don’t need to have it all together to be moving forward.
Some days look like progress.
Other days look like barely getting through.
Both count.
We don’t talk enough about the in-between space—the messy middle where you’re trying, but still struggling. Where you’re showing up, but still unsure. Where you’re growing, but it doesn’t feel like it yet.
That space? That’s where real change happens.
You’re allowed to:
Feel uncertain
Change your mind
Take breaks
Not have answers
There is no timeline for becoming “better.”
So this week, take the pressure off.
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.
You’re just in progress.
Mental Monday™ Moment ☕
Hold your mug, take a breath, and remind yourself:
“I don’t have to have it all figured out today.”
Journal Prompt:
What pressure can I release this week?
